A yoga for all! We focus on deep relaxation. There are typically 3-6 yoga poses in a session, props that support the body + allow you to relax and rest, to really sink into the pose + your body. That’s it!
It’s not about the weight loss and the workout as much as the mental and physical relaxation components. This genre of yoga is great for any age + can be modified to anyone, any condition.
