Fear to Freedom Course Segments


Segment 1: Eyes Wide Open

We have our eyes wide shut to so much in the world. We stop questioning, investigating + being curious as adults in ways that bring us knowledge, beliefs + a lifestyle that is authentically backed by us as a unique individual. Our journey, our lives get taken over by rules, by programming + coding from outside sources not for our highest good. It’s time to question + shed light on it all.


Segment 2: Owning It ALL

Who is responsible? What does it look like to claim responsibility? In this segment we dive into ownership of our lives. We step back and observe what we are creating, what we aren’t owning + who we are blaming instead of stepping up to say “I am responsible for me.”


Segment 3: Triggered

Who likes to be triggered? Hopefully you at the end of this segment! Shifting our perception from being annoyed by what triggers us to seeing them as gifts. Pivot points, mirrors, opportunities for change + transformation. We can learn so much from what annoys us. So let’s get to it!

Segment 4: Square Zero

Being comfortable with the unknown. Embracing change. The concept of “not knowing” what’s next has been very real for many of us lately. But it doesn’t have to be scary. It is a highly creative, bountiful + positive place to be. Begin again, and again. When you’re stuck, come back to the beginning.


Segment 5: The Mind

Understanding and giving attention to the mind and it’s importance + role in our existence. Who has the control? You or your mind? What tools, what practices can you gain to develop control over your conscious mind? Let’s clear out the subconscious mind, the place we act from without even knowing. What can our lives look like when we do?


Segment 6: The Body

Once we have brought to light the mind, it is time to recognize the body. Our physical being, our human. So often underrated and looked over in terms of it’s depth. The nourishment we fail to give it, the places we store trauma, emotions, etc. What role does the body play in healing? What is your body saying to you?


Segment 7: Energies

The energetic body is alive and real. Everything in this world has energy surrounding it. Energy and the study of it dates back to Einstein. But we don’t talk about it, we don’t witness it in Western medicine. In this segment we will do some energy clearing, a brief overview on energy medicine + other modalities. We bring to light your energetic body.

 
 


Segment 8: Anger

Emotions cannot be swept under the rug. We have to bring them up, go through them, and release them to really truly heal. Anger is a big one. We are human, this is a natural emotion but it is one we must spend the time on. What are you angry about? Where is this showing up in your life, your body, your relationships? Where can we channel the emotion?


Segment 9: Harsh Emotions

We are not kind to ourselves. There I said it. Self hate, shame, guilt, frustration.. all the feelings. We, especially as women, are notorious for placing all of these on ourselves, consciously and unconsciously. How do we acknowledge the patterns, break the patterns + rewire so the patterns do not exist?


Segment 10: Forgiveness

As a human it seems easier to forgive others before we truly and deeply forgive ourselves. It is almost innate to blame and hold a grudge on ourselves. Even if someone has “wronged” us we subconscioususly hold a blame for letting it happen for example. What does forgiveness look like? And why should we be actively participating in it?


Segment 11: Your New Paradigm

What’s next? Reflecting on the work done, the work to do and the gift of it all. What does it look like to live in love and out of fear? Who are you? What are you manifesting next?
