Segment 1: The Root Chakra
What is the root chakra + why is it important in our grounding? This segment explores working with this chakra, becoming aware of when we are not grounded or centered + tools to bring ourselves to harmony and begin to deeply root.
Segment 2: The Earth Connection
At times we are often disconnected from the earth + her natural ways of grounding us. Here we become aware, witness + practice connecting with her in our physical bodies + beyond. We clear energetically to come back to the laws of nature. Acknowledging our excuses + tendencies to put something as simple as a walk or smelling the flowers off because we are “busy.” We’re not too busy this week!
Segment 3: You Are What You Take In
It’s not just a tag line, “we are what we eat.” We really are made up of everything we take in. There is a direct effect on what we put into our bodies and our minds with the state of our being + lives. Unconsciously we are absorbing continuously. This is about recognizing this + bringing conscious awareness to our day to day lives and what we are ingesting.
Segment 4: Building Your Tool Bag
Healing isn’t a one size fits all. Neither is a lifestyle. Some tools may work for you while others work for me. In this segment I share some tools with you, spark your mind for tools you may already have + we begin to grow your tool set for grounding, getting out of a funk + more.
Segment 5: You’re the Healer
Here’s a secret… the greatest, most abundant, perfect for you healer you’re going to find, is YOU. As coaches, light workers, therapists.. all the people, all the titles.. we are just facilitators, mentors, guides, etc. here for your journey. The real healer, is you. We dive into your power in this segment + the notion that you have everything you need inside YOU.
